- Our role is to support the CEO and management to acquire large salons which have strong local reputations.
- On acquisition, we oversee the integration of the salon into the BBG with minimal disruption and fair treatment of the team.
- Our mission is to build on the legacy left by the vendors, embracing the stylists and therapists and supporting manages and the support team to grow sales.
